You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order on this platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts where this requirement is not met.

Registration is free. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. Do not share your login details with others. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately at support@BuyTelegramMember.com.

One account per person or entity is permitted. Accounts found to be duplicates, operated fraudulently, or used to circumvent a previous suspension may be terminated without notice.

We provide Telegram growth and engagement services including but not limited to members, views, reactions, comments, post shares, poll votes, boosts, bot starts, aged accounts, old bots, old groups, old channels, and bulk messaging. Full service descriptions and pricing are available on each individual service page.

To place an order for buy telegram members or any other service, a registered account and sufficient account balance are required. Services are delivered to public Telegram channels, groups, or bots as specified per service. Some services require a valid invite link for private targets. No Telegram password or account credentials are ever required.

Service availability, pricing, and delivery specifications may change at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted to the site.

Orders are placed through your dashboard after adding balance to your account. Once an order is submitted, it enters the delivery queue and cannot be modified. If you need to cancel before delivery begins, contact support at support@BuyTelegramMember.com as soon as possible with your order ID.

Delivery speed and timelines are estimates. Actual delivery may vary based on order size, service type, and current queue volume. We are not liable for delays caused by changes to your Telegram channel, group, or bot settings after an order is placed.

If the link or username you submitted becomes invalid, restricted, or private after the order is placed, delivery may be interrupted. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by changes on the recipient's end.

All prices are displayed in US dollars. Payment methods include credit and debit cards, PayPal, bank transfer, cryptocurrencies via Cryptomus, Alipay, Skrill, and Wise. Available payment options are shown at checkout.

Balance added to your account is non-refundable except in cases where an order cannot be fulfilled and the balance is returned to your account automatically. Chargebacks or payment disputes filed with your payment provider while an order has been delivered will result in immediate account suspension.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already placed and paid for.

A full refund to your account balance is available if delivery has not started within 24 hours past the expected start window. Once delivery has begun, refunds are not issued. Delivery shortfalls are covered by the refill guarantee rather than refunds.

Refund requests must be submitted through your dashboard or by contacting support@BuyTelegramMember.com with your order ID. Requests submitted without an order ID cannot be processed.

Each service carries a refill guarantee as follows. Members are covered for one year from the delivery date. Views and reactions are covered for one year. Boosts are covered for the active duration of the purchased package. Bot starts and comments are covered for 30 days.

Refill requests must be submitted through your dashboard within the applicable guarantee period. Refills cover the difference between the delivered quantity and the current count. Refills are not available for drops caused by actions taken by the channel or group admin, including manual removal of members, disabling of comments, or changes to channel settings that affected delivery.

You agree not to use this platform or its services for any purpose that violates applicable law, Telegram's terms of service, or these terms. Prohibited uses include but are not limited to:

• Using services to promote illegal content, harassment, or any activity that violates Telegram's community guidelines.
• Attempting to resell services purchased under a personal account without authorization.
• Using automated tools to place orders outside of the official API program.
• Providing false information during registration or order submission.
• Using the platform to target channels or groups you do not own or have authorization to promote.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts and cancel pending orders where prohibited use is detected, without prior notice and without refund.

An API is available for resellers and developers who wish to integrate our services programmatically. API access requires a registered account and must be requested and activated through your dashboard. API usage is subject to rate limits and additional terms communicated at the time of activation.

We reserve the right to suspend API access for accounts that abuse the system, exceed rate limits, or use the API in a way that places excessive load on our infrastructure.

BuyTelegramMember.com provides services on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes including but not limited to channel growth, search ranking improvements, or audience engagement beyond the delivery of the purchased service quantity.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BuyTelegramMember.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform or its services, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or reputational harm.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a specific order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
